Our Nordic Wildflower Honey is pretty unique because its flavour mostly depends on the different trees and flowers that blossom every year. This raw honey is being harvested in July when most trees are in full bloom giving the bees a multitude of nectar sources. The more nectar sources the bees have the more unique the composition of the honey, giving each batch its particular fingerprint.
This raw honey is best to be stored in a cool and dark environment (no fridge needed, but away from the sun). Because of its texture and composition, reheating is not advised. However, it can be warmed up slightly if you still want to give some extra flavour to smoothies or your morning yoghurt. This raw honey can be used for all kinds of food and, of course, goes incredibly well with a nice cup of tea.
Raw honey does not contain any additives and is 100% pure honey. Which is why it sometimes starts to crystalize at cold temperatures. This is not a sign of poor quality! As a matter of fact it's the opposite.
